Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please follow the following returns procedure below.

1. Return exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

2. Either email us at info@pizzuto.com.au or call us on +612 9360 0220 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for your request to exchange.

3. If RA is authorized there is an Exchange policy only. Online Refunds accepted if advised in writing within 7 days of Purchase, Product must be returned within 14days or can be declined. In-store refunds are not accepted, exchange only, please purchase carefully.

4. Returning goods, please document the RA Number and attach your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

5. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), Or a online store credit, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.

Important Information:
1. We do not credit initial shipping charges for exchanged goods (other than for faulty items).Faulty replacement items we exchange for you will be re-sent at our cost. 

2. We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 7 day period from purchase.

3. Please note that all metal accessories may not be nickel free. If you have allergies please contact head office for metal component.
